I have both a diploma of education and a graduate diploma in arts administration and have been working with computers and technology since 1985. Back then, I was working in the feature film industry. Later, my husband and I had our own film production company.

For a number of years I managed a business that manufactured corporate and retail gifts. 

In 2012, I decided to change my focus to assist people who were struggling with the ever-changing and often bewildering world of technology. I enjoy helping others, and feel that I have really found my niche in life.  

My husband and I live in the Noosa hinterland and our children are now far flung.
